The roles will lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to negotiating and transacting commercial and industrial Sales and Purchase Agreements for electricity in North America, primarily in the Western region.. Main Responsibilities. Along with senior management, develop, maintain, and execute regional sales strategy. Recruit and manage a regional sales team to meet the company's near term sales volume and forward gross margin targets as well as longer term strategic objectives. Develop talent to deliver performance and results- including the identification, development and retention of talent with requisite sales capabilities as well as providing leadership and overseeing performance management and staff development activities. Communicate regional team's key sales metrics to senior management and other organizational groups. Originate, negotiate, and execute commercial sales contracts for EDF Energy Services by developing customer and sales channel relationships. Identify strategic opportunities in geographic markets, customer segments, new products and go-to market sales channels.. Work across EDF's North American sales organization to maximize customer value through associated product offerings and optimization opportunities.. Lead and coordinate sales initiatives.
