Coach teams and Scrum Masters -Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings -Escalate impediments, manage risk, help ensure value delivery, and help drive relentless improvement -Participate in the Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters -Ensure effective operations across the 2-10 scrum teams aligned to the ART to ensure high-quality business value is delivered -Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment -Facilitate Train meetings and processes, including ART sync, Inspect & adapt, and release activities -Provide thought leadership and expertise across the team and with internal and external train partners in achieving their commitments through issue, risk and dependency management. Fine-tune and improve Train execution -Demonstrate servant leadership by supporting teams in problem identification and decision-making -Assist tracking the execution of features and Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level -Facilitate System Demos -Manage and maintain train-level dashboard reporting to track execution for the team, train, and program leadership Required Skills: -Minimum 5 years Business Consulting-SAFeRelease Train Engineer -Minimum 5 years Project Manager-Deliverable-based projects-Software Development -Minimum 5 years as a SCRUM Master This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
