In_This_Position,_You_Will_Get_To What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: * Develop, implement and lead a focused sales strategy to attain aggressive growth targets within the Enclosures US Schroff sales team * Manage the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies and practices to provide maximum market penetration of products * Develop and lead a high performance sales team that utilizes world class selling strategies and demonstrates the nVent values including the \"winning right\" value in all actions * Define the Go-To-Market strategy considering the mix of direct, rep agencies, distribution along with channel and key account strategy * Ensure team works cross functionally with global product category teams, marketing, customer care, pricing, global account and operation teams to achieve strategic goals * Establish regular business review cadence with the team and rep agencies to ensure accuracy in sales forecast and predictability of business results * Provide regularly scheduled updates and forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives to senior management * Maintain the pulse of the competitive landscape, as well as; that of the customer-base business needs in order provide input to develop new products and market You_Have * Bachelor' degree business, marketing, or related field * 10+ years in an outside sales role in an electronic or industrial market along extensive experience selling through multiple types of customers, including distributors, integrators/consultants, engineers and end users/ OEMs * 5+ years in a leadership level capacity including P&L management * International sales experience required for global role and strongly preferred for a US based role. * Knowledge and experience using sales force effectiveness tools and approaches (i.e. customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, sales force time management) * Proven skills to identify sales force capability gaps and implementation of plans to address for sustainable success * Demonstrated skills for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. Shows a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement. * Proven skills to cultivate long-term, sustainable, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevates revenue opportunities and brand equity * Demonstrated ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment * Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan.
